We’re MIUZ®, a small Somerset studio building quiet, practical tools that sit beside your workflow. Think: clearer mixes, tidier school admin, smarter small-shop decisions—without the noise.

What’s already happening

  • International DJs in the loop. We’re swapping notes with a handful of DJs across Europe and the US who are road-testing our early music helpers in real sessions. Their feedback is shaping the defaults, not just the features.

  • A young psych/prog classic rock band in the lab. They’re helping us “break” the tools in rehearsal rooms—guitars loud, drums honest—and sending us the kinds of edge cases only bands discover.

  • Founder’s note. I’m Mike—producer first, tinkerer always. I’ve been dabbling in code and electronics for ~30 years, soldering, scripting, and shipping just enough to make the music better. MIUZ is my way of bottling that practical fussiness into tools anyone can use.

  • SENCOmpanion — turns school paperwork into actions and small cohort studies with privacy kept on-site.

  • Forecourt IQ — helps small retailers price right, manage stock, and publish better listings.

  • ClearTake — an audition camera + quick media editor for actors and creators.

  • On-demand merch — good blanks, low waste, violet marks.

How we work

Start small, test in the field, fix the boring bits first (accessibility, data hygiene, support). We favour on-device processing where sensible and keep data lean. For physical goods, we make to order to avoid overprinting.
