These services (the “Services”) - including this website, online store, software, and digital tools - are operated by Miuz Ltd (“MIUZ”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Scope
These terms govern your use of our site and any purchase of:
physical goods (e.g., on-demand merch), and
digital content or software licences (e.g., plugins, apps, AI features).
By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Age & accounts
You must be 18+ to make purchases.
Users 14–17 may use non-purchasing features with guardian consent.
Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for all activity on your account.
Orders, pricing & tax
Prices are shown with or without VAT as indicated at checkout.
We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock or production issues).
If we cancel an order, you’ll receive a full refund.
On-demand merch (made to order)
Most physical items are printed or embroidered after you order.
You may cancel before production begins by emailing us.
UK/EU consumers:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel from delivery for non-personalised goods.
This excludes personalised items, hygiene-sealed items that have been opened, or goods not suitable for return once used.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Unless defective, return shipping is your responsibility.
We’ll refund the item price (and the least-cost standard delivery method, where required by law) when we receive the return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery & risk
We’ll deliver to the address you provide at checkout.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
Check packages promptly and notify us of any issues within 14 days.
Returns for defects
If an item arrives faulty or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order ID.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.
Digital content & software licences
When you purchase or access software, plugins, or AI features, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or business use according to the product tier.
You must not:
resell or share licence keys
circumvent licensing systems
reverse-engineer, except where legally permitted
redistribute the software
use the Services to infringe rights of others
UK/EU consumers:
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, you lose the 14-day cancellation right once you start downloading/installation after explicitly agreeing to waive that right during checkout.
If you don’t want to lose the right, do not start the download.
AI & guidance disclaimer
Our AI features (including AiWen) may generate outputs that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your context.
You must review outputs and apply professional judgement.
The Services do not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, accounting, or investment advice.
All AI outputs are for information, creativity, or education only.
Safety & usage warnings
Clothing: Keep away from fire. Drawcords may snag — use caution.
Mugs / hot liquids: Risk of scalding. Inspect for chips or cracks.
Electronics: Do not charge devices inside enclosed sleeves; risk of overheating.
Packaging: Plastic bags can pose suffocation risk. Keep away from children.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, including:
unlawful or harmful content
malware or attempts to disrupt functionality
scraping or unauthorised data collection
IP infringement
attempts to bypass licensing or security
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of any content you upload.
You grant MIUZ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your content or use it to train public models beyond what is stated in the Privacy Policy.
Upload only material you have rights to use.
Intellectual property
All MIUZ names, logos, and designs (including MIUZ® and AiWen®) are our trademarks.
The website, software, branding, artwork, and documentation are protected by copyright and other IP laws.
No rights are granted unless explicitly stated in these terms.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party platforms or integrations (e.g., DAWs, app stores, couriers).
Their terms apply in addition to ours.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third parties.
Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
any liability that cannot be limited under law
Otherwise, to the extent permitted:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability for paid Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MIUZ against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms.
Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts where mandatory local rights apply.
