Scope

These terms govern your use of our site and any purchase of: (a) physical goods (e.g., on-demand merch), and (b) digital content/licences (e.g., plugins, apps, AI features). By using the Services you accept these terms.

Age & accounts

You must be 18+ to purchase, and 14+ to use non-purchasing features with guardian consent. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Orders, pricing & tax

Prices include/exclude VAT as shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud or stock/printing issues). If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund.

On-demand merch (made to order)

Most physical products are printed or embroidered after you order. Production usually starts quickly; you can cancel before production begins by emailing us.
UK/EU consumers: You have a 14-day right to cancel from delivery for non-personalised goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, except items that are clearly personalised, hygiene-sealed and unsealed, or not suitable for return once opened. You must return items unused and in original condition; unless defective, you pay return shipping. We’ll refund the item price (and the least-cost standard delivery where required by law) when we receive the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery & risk

We’ll ship to the address you provide. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Check packages promptly and tell us about issues within 14 days.

Returns for defects

If an item arrives faulty or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with photos and order ID; we’ll repair, replace, or refund.

Digital content & software licences

When you purchase or access our software/plugins/AI, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your personal or business use according to the product tier. You must not resell, share keys, circumvent licensing, or reverse-engineer except where permitted by law.
UK/EU consumers: For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you lose the 14-day cancellation right once download/installation/streaming starts after you expressly agree to this at checkout. If you don’t want to lose that right, do not start the download/installation.

AI & guidance disclaimer

Our AI features (e.g., AiWen) generate outputs that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your context. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising professional judgement. Our tools do not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, accounting, or investment advice and are for information/creativity/education only.
